The school-? *I turn to Gear, but he looks as confused as I am* So they're actually actively training civilians now? That's not good... *I sigh* We'll talk more about that later. Anyway, no, three people can't fit on the bike. There's a scrap shop a few blocks east, though, and we can pick up a car.

*I kneel down in front of the trunk lock and pull out my switchblade-style lockpick set. I try to ignore Angel staring at me, and get it open on the third try. I stand back up, pocket my tool, and lift the bike into the trunk.* Okay, now for the driver's door, and we'll be ready to go*

Sure do. *I get in the car and start the engine, then glance back at Angel, smiling* I make Arson wear a helmet on the bike, so you have to wear your seatbelt in the car. Getting shot by a Drac is one thing, but I'd hate to see you get ghosted by being thrown through the windshield at 80 mph.

*I glance at Gear* Um... yeah, we've killed a few people. *I hurry to add* Only if we have to, though. I've been a killjoy since I escaped from a B/C orphanage when I was a little older than you, and Gear's been running the Zones since he ditched the city after the revolts about seven months ago.

*I head out towards Zone 4* If you really want to be a killjoy, Angel, you'll have to kill people eventually. Sometimes you can just stun them, but not always. It's not a good thing, and it's not something we enjoy, but it can't be avoided.

I dunno if i can kill someone. its one thing practicing in animals and thats bad enough but a person... I cried the first time i killed something. They said i wasnt scarecrow material.
