*I pause before entering* I don't expect to find anyone here. It's been long enough that anything valuable will have been scavenged. We're just looking for evidence or clues as to where their new meeting place might be.
*I push open what's left of the door and step inside. There are footprints in the ash, but nothing recent.*

*I follow Max into the house, thinking to myself that I never really knew how dirty a place could get. This is a far cry from the purifying cleanliness of the Tower. Max examines some footprints, so I go to the right. Through a door I can see the black remains of a stove and maybe some tile.
The place is dead silent until I hear a loud CRACK from under me. I just have time to look up at Max. He seems to rise up as the floor caves out beneath me and I begin to fall*

*I look over and see Red go through the floor. I don't hear any screaming, so I assume she's not badly hurt. I step around a blackened armchair and look down through the hole, into what seems to be a hidden basement. I crouch down and jump, landing next to her.* Not the most graceful tactic, but you found their bunker.

*I'm disoriented for a second. Everything is in shades of grey and dust swirls everywhere. The only light comes from the hole I made. Then Max is there and I nod, flexing my limbs and finding nothing broken. As I get up I realise I landed on a now busted table, crushing old maps and trash. It looks like the fire never made it down here. I begin to look around with Max, a little in awe that on my first day I get to explore a Killjoy bunker, even if it is an old one*

*I walk out of my meeting, completely satisfied at the proposal I've made. Although the head of my department wasn't exactly enthusiastic, He was interested and I know he was Jealous that he didn't think of it before now. Before I know it, I'm back at the elavator and the same figure as before comes up behind me with his usual scowl on his face* "you'll know by the end of the working day" What does that even mean?! *He opens his mouth to talk but I'm too quick for him to say anything* I mean, its a good plan, it should be approved there and then. Whats all this thinking and consulting lark?! And how many times have I been in and out of this stupid elevator today *the doors close after we've stepped in* You're very quiet. Anyway, I'm sure it will be approved. Just a matter of time. I don't like to be kept waiting! *I continue talking until the lift dings for my floor. I get out. He stays put. I look back and roll my eyes and continue on to my office to check out the killjoys radios.*

*I pull out a flashlight and shine it around the room. There's a small window near the ceiling, and I pull off the board that covers it to let some light in. Going to a bookcase, I start flipping through the papers and debris, but don't find anything useful* No names or definite locations, no photos, no unopened food containers or unused batteries. Someone's already cleaned it out.
*I walk to the far wall and scan the newspaper clippings and notes tacked up there*

*I hear commotion outside the door I go and open it and I'm surprised to see Sugar Queen outside my door. I smile at her and walk back into my office, leaving to door open* So, who are we today then?

Your damn right, Demoni. You screwed up. Yes I've heard the reports but dont worry, its been taken care off. I have some of our best on his trail. He'll be caught sooner or later or he'll end up like the cat *she sits down and I stand over her, examining her* What are the transitionals like? How much control has SHE got?

she... she seems to actually be allowing me to take control... my Main software was erased... so I really cannot take control unless she allows it... which is another thing i was meaning to ask you... can you reinstall the main software and change the erase password... She... She seems to have given up...

I can but she'll still have to let you come out when your systems reboot. She needs to survive, ever so slightly. She hasn't given up yet, I'm betting. Not if HE is still around but she'll learn to behave and take orders. Not quite as well as you and me of course but she'll learn. Besides we may need her down the line. Things are changing around here Demoni, its your job to make sure she doesnt hold you back or keep you in the way of progress. *I sit down in my chair, my weapon close by. Her instabillity still keeps me onguard* How is the leg?

working... but barely... there were a lot of fights out there that wore it down... a new one would be appreciated... *shakes the leg and it rattles a bit too much* I fear it will fall apart soon... and as soon as the program is back up I will keep her in check...
