Welcome to all the newbies and oldies, the dustbabies and the Veterans. Just a few How to's in case people are confused on how to work a few things on the site.
The is a deviant art account for pictures or drawings you may have. you can also upload something on tinypic etc and use the link as an avatar.
The site is not like just telling a story in an abstract form (eg quotation marks) If you wanna narrate something, most people use * eg *I pulled out my gun and start shooting*
To talk to someone out of character you can either use the chat function on the top right hand side of the screen or to reply on the topic () are usually used.
You can modify your signature/personal message by going to profile and modify (there are other functions there too)
You can see your last x amount of someones posts by going to your (or their) profile and scrolling down.
The KJ/BLI folders. The BLI folders are for those who are working for BLI or have been brought to the city by a bli employee etc (allowances are made for the "on the border" one) anything by killjoys (unless preplanned with bli peoples) is suitable in the kj folder
There will soon be a proper crow list, which will change every 2 weeks from here on in. IF chosen, make it a good one! You have more than likely been chosen to really show off your creativity or else you've done something very naughty and got on bli's bad side. We do read the threads so we will know (wow, I feel like santa claus haha).
If you have something to say or a suggestion that is or isnt directly about the site (mcr news or anything else in the world) the General folder is the best place for it. We are pretty relaxed on this site but if a rule is broken, (especially for a ridiculous reason) we will send 1 warning and 1 only. Please email one of the admins directly (Bunny Killightly, Burbank Ame or Arson Anthem) and we will do our best to solve the problem. The admin's decision is final though. No excuses, No BS. If you are banned, it is for a really good reason. Other than that, enjoy the site!
