I was the one who started the two dracs, actually, because the rest of the active bli members are currently fighting killjoys. But in any case, we all agree that it's fine if anyone just happens to wander across the thread, IA and I are both working on making the knowledge widespread (e.g. dracs and nameless killjoys finding it, so other characters can get word through them), and our characters will send out a public transmission if and when it makes sense for them to do so. Let's stay on topic, now.

Well, Angie is in Battery but she has been kind of sleeping for two straight days so there's that keeping her from responding. If you want me to bring her, I will.
And how about we don't start being mean to each other? There are civilians at stake here!

It would be fine to bring Angie in - the only reason I didn't mention her is that since she's your character, it wouldn't count as adding a new player. But as always, all characters are welcome. And no one's being mean  Bunny, IA, and I have all been around long enough that we're just about the last people to take anything personally. |

Bunny, IA, and I have all been around long enough that we're just about the last people to take anything personally. Very true. I have a habit of giving telling it as it is. IA and Arson know me too well to take what I say personally. I have a belief that if I am thinking something there are prob others who are thinking the same thing but are too reserved to say anything. I'll be bringing skeets and co back to the alley soon and we can stumble upon it. Might open it up to others. Really enjoying reading it btw! |

But that wouldn't make sense story wise. There aren't many BLI operatives that would just let the KJs go unscathed without firing first. Not to mention that, if everyone were to stay in character, the BLI ops wouln't even /try/ to help without having some type of connection. The dracs act as witnesses, making BLI aid much more likely.

Oh this exists.
Delta is more than likely going to suggest that they need more killjoy input because he's woefully ignorant about the lyrics (surprise surprise). He doesn't really mind or care about killjoys as long as he doesn't catch them killing his coworkers or civilians.
He's...special like that.
Honestly I think he just stopped giving a fuck a long time ago.
That should open the way for more characters to join in. I would hope.

Thread crashing is fine; this is OOC, after all. It might be advisable to ask before joining another thread, but OOC threads are open to everyone!
It is an odd BLI member that doesn't mind KJs, and the OLOS hunting group seems to be collecting them. XD They haven't killed anyone and are therefore okay. Also, as IA mentioned, they'll be witnesses and might pull in more BLI help, so this will be another sitewide investigation party.
...at least, I hope so. Those are fun.

The fourth clue has been posted - that means you have one lyric to set the stage ("A Phantom to Lead You") and three that are starting to mark the path to the big mysterious goal. And in case the encounter with the Ghost wasn't clear enough, let me state it outright: the goal is not to stop the killings. It's to put together the clues and follow the path through the Zones. Your characters can try to stop them, by all means (Delta, for instance, wouldn't want to just sit back unless he had to) but don't be disappointed if you don't. Also, for timing purposes, each killing takes place on a subsequent day. You already know there will be 1000 bodies total, which means 10 killings, over the course of 10 days. I know this might not line up with everyone's thread timelines, but be a dear and play along |

I will be very disappointed because Delta doesn't handle failure well and neither do his superiors. He will be decommissioned at the end for his incompetence. So yeah. It was a FUN run, reaaaallyyyyy.
I mean, BLI's best hunting dog and he can't stop a bunch of mask wearing faggots spouting MCR lyrics?
