Lost, found, and lost again

*i don't really know what I was thinking when I ran towards the deadly green cloud. I could see vipers falling over dead, but I wasn't worried about them, I was looking for one person in particular. I then finally see him run into an alley and I follow him when a rare breeze blows the poisonous gas into my face and I almost immediately pass out. I wake up to see a masked person wearing a bandana and kneeling over me. My training tells me killjoy and on instinct I reach for my gun, but then stop when I hear a voice that I thought I would never hear again*
missed me sis?
*i look at the man and he pulls down his bandana and lifts up his mask* S-Static?
*i smile at her and jokingly imitate her shakey voice* yes R-Raven?
*i don't answer and throw my arms around his neck. I had my brother back*

I thought I'd never see you again. You were gone for so long. Ryan said you might be dead.
there were a few times where I almost was. I'm sorry for going AWOL, but I had some business to do, and I still have some to do. *i gently release her and look at my little sister* seems like you've been busy since I last saw you
yea, Im part of one of the patrols at BLI. I know it's not something you would have wanted, but Ryan had pushed me to challenge myself to do everything I can for BLI. I wish Ryan was here, maybe you two could forgive and forget and we could be a family again

*i look behind me and I see Ryan. There's a group of medics a ways off, he must have come with them*
*i stand and look at my twin brother* Ryan
*i hold his gaze and don't look away* Static
*they both watch each other for a while, neither saying anything until Static starts laughing*
im sorry, you know me, i could never hold a straight face for long.
*i smile at him* always one to break a serious moment.
*i go up to him and give him a bro hug* it's good to see you again bro

*they smile at each other and for the first time in several months, my family is together again. The moment is then shattered at the sound of a gunshot, and I look down an alley to see a lone viper, then I see the growing bloodstain right above my heart and the ground rushes up towards me*
Rachel! *i run over and catch her before she falls*
i'll take care of him, get her help!
But Static-
I have to go anyway Raven, I can't stay, Im sorry. *i run over and give her a quick kiss on her forehead* I love you, stay shiny. Take care of her bro

*i watch Static run off and Ryan picks me up and heads in the other direction. I think I passed out then. Which is good because I didn't want to watch my family get broken up again*
