[This thread is centered around Stellar Synesthesia's radio broadcasts. The location of her base is unknown; the only details are that she is somewhere in the outer Zones and the schedule is roughly 12 hours between transmissions.Transmissions are on a secure channel for all Killjoys to hear, unless noted to be for a specific person. It has been noted that she hears all messages directed at her while in the base, and monitors the channels for people in distress.]
Good morning, Killjoys. This is Stellar Synesthesia on the new 99, your exclusive piece of the sky.
I know it's an odd hour, but this girl loves the nightlife almost as much as the twilight hour. And tonight, the stars are shining dull as the noonday sands. Can you hear their gleaming light? Heehee~.
I just want to give a shout-out to the brothers and sisters taking on the Better Living Industries head-first. Good job, boys and girls, and thanks for all your work in fighting the B-L-IND. You know, there's a reason the acronym spells "blind".
They can't see past their noses! Hahaha!
So when you go flying down their runway in the rain, they drown in your storm, 'cause they can't lower their heads either. Ahaha~~!
Lots of love, Killjoy family. Keep up the fight. And remember: if you need me, give me a ring and I'll find you.
Your part-time aeropostale, signing off.
Enjoy the music, heehee~~!

Hello, lovelies~. Welcome back to the new 99. Keep your eyes on the skies, boys and girls, 'cause today I hear there's a chance of acid rain in Zones 3 and 5. Grab your thin plastic umbrellas before it clips your wings. I can't guarantee it'll hit, but it'll be hot and muggy if it doesn't, heehee~.
On my side of the world, the sun is burning too much for me to take off. I wouldn't trust the afternoon anyway; you can never be sure no one knows where you are. Though maybe if you're wearing white, that unfeeling sun can blind your enemy and dazzle and wow them better than that Gaga of yesteryear. Haha~~.
Well if you want to send them spinning, it shouldn't be hard. But I have a request for my dear family that's climbed into the BLIND's headquarters and is aiding the Killjoys from the inside: Some time tonight, if you're making your evening rounds or just wandering about aimlessly in the halls, just redecorate the logos you come across.
Black and white is so 2012, heeheehee~! Use color, my brothers! Sparkle stickers, red markers! Douse the halls with glitter! Just make sure no one can trace it back to you; I'd hate to hear about someone getting exterminated because they want to bring life into the company's dead eyes. That'd just be terrible! Hahaha...
*She recites quietly, in a sing-song tone:*Run neon tiger, there's a lot on your mind..... Oops, hahaha! That's just another song I remember...
Now then, shall we establish the mood?
I'm feeling pretty good today, how about you?
Bye-bye, lovelies~~! Stellar Synesthesia signing off.

Good evening, my "Unfun" bretheren. How are you tonight? I saw some storm clouds this afternoon; no one was caught in the weather, were they? That would simply be terrible.
Heehee~. I wonder if anyone DID deck the halls of B-L-Indi today. Haha..I doubt it, but it was a thought.
Are you ready for the nightly news? Here we go:
It looks like a prison has become a new school for Killjoys just starting to fly. Golly, I've forgotten what Zone it's in, but I don't think it's fully established yet. I'll tell you more when I find out.
I've also heard that a group of three were captured. Again, I don't have details, but undoubtedly they're being shipped off to the Blind's headquarters. Unless they're dead..hahaha...but I don't really see that happening yet. The company is blind, not stupid. Hm....I hope they're all right...
Last but not least, there's been some noise at the Hotel Bella Muerte, that old place in Zone...2, is it? Goodness, nobody tells me where anything is, these days... Well, it's been busy, wherever it is.
*There's some humming, followed by, softly, "Living it up at the Hotel California....."* Oh, heehee, sorry about that.
Ah, good news, bad news, awkwardly vague news, you find it all on Channel 99, hahaha~!
Don't forget: If you hear buzzing, swat the flies. Thirty years or a huge fine is the least of your troubles if you're caught by the Blind.
Speak of the devils, hoping they don't come, here's a fun song dedicated in honor of the color-deprived and ultimately childish industry leaders of the day, Better Living Industries:
Good night, my brothers and sisters in arms. Or, to the nocturnal, good morning. Hahahahaha~~~!

Hello, lovelies. This is Stellar Synesthesia calling out to all who care to listen and welcoming the day. Hahaha..
It seems we've already gotten off to a fun start, but I think sandstorms will be brewing throughout the day. So if you're planning to run about today, bring some goggles and something to shield your face. Those of you that dress like you're going to a masquerade, especially; ballroom masks don't do anything for your eyes, haha~.
I've got another song for you today. But to whom do I play this song?
Cheerio, gents~!

*Soft singing can be heard as the signal adjusts: " There's a battle outside ragin'. It'll soon shake your windows and rattle your walls, for the times they are a-changin'."*
Oops~! Hahaha... /Ahem../
Rise and shine, beautiful people. This is Stellar Synesthesia on Channel 99. Tonight, the moon is out in all its dusty glory and the sands are singing in the glow. Good weather is on the horizon, for sure. Well, as good as it gets in the desert. Heehee~!
Well, I have some good news, bad news, and just plain weird news. Which do you want to hear first? Hahaha..I don't have time to let you decide.
Weird news first! The school for newcomers is...kind of weird, ahaha~! Activity is little, but that's probably a good thing for now.
Now some good news! The Hotel Belle Muerte is a nice, quiet haven. And last night I had a delicious dream about banana pudding. Oh, I would love some right now. Do I have the ingredients? *There's a brief pause, followed by the sound of boxes and bags being moved.* Nope! Hahaha...My food supplies are...pretty....pathetic....haha...
Okay, then. Last is the bad news! Someone was choking on a fly-cam (and I saw that whole moment, haha..). It doesn't sound like much, but that someone was one of our brothers, and a small army of Dracs caught up with him and his companion.
After that, I lost my signal. I'd love to sigh, but I'm afraid it would sound like someone dying over the radio. Hahahahaha....heh...oh dear.
If anyone knows where that shopping place is, do me a favor and give it a look, would you please?
Oh, I almost forgot! Hello, hello, Not A Cool Kid, and welcome to the fold! I hope everyone finds you all right. Seven years is a long time in this heat to be alone.
This is for you, newbie~! Heeheeheee~~!

Channel 99 online...Hooray! Come on girls and boys, everyone make some noise!
Hahaha... Well, it looks like today's just another day at the office. No wind, lots of sun, and little if any chance for precipitation. ...Golly that sounds boring, ahahahah...
It looks like the B-L-Ind are busy, today. There's still Dracs running about, but it's unlikely that big-time cats will be in your airspace. Unless you're really, really, really unlucky, heehee....Or you're heading into Battery City, in which case I say to you "Good luck, you bloody nut". Hahaha!
...If you go into the city and survive, come to my place and I will make you a delicious chocolate cake. I can do it, you know. I recently came across the most wonderful baking chocolate in the---
Remember, my loves~! The Blind is a people, too. They have all the same weaknesses...except the ones that don't feel pain, but that's a weakness in itself. They can't know if they're running wrong and broke their ankle. Sooo....
[Singing softly:If you need a friend, I'm sailing right behind. Like a bridge over troubled water, I will ease your mind...]
Play it safe today, if you can. No breeze means Mother Nature isn't trying to cool you off. And don't forget: fish are friends--who has fish in a desert?
Music for you guys, my very best friends, heehee~!

The moon his high and the sand is flying tonight. Tires scream their favorite songs and some interesting stories have taken off.
But first, I have an announcement regarding the school for newcomers I mentioned a while back: Incendiary Aftermath has established the school at the formerly abandoned jail in Zone 2. If you're interested, ah, wander around until you find it, heheheh. It can't be that hard to find, right?
I spied some Killjoys heading to Battery City from the old mall; it looks like things got pretty messy after all. I wish you the best, my friends.
And to those on the supply truck raid, I have only this to say: If the ladyman Nack is the only one to tell me the story, I swear I will play nothing but pop music for an entire week-Heaven knows I have enough of those records lying around. You hear me? Pop music. Unless you want that, I better hear some good stories from at least three of you. Use my other channel.
Hahahahaha~!
*Recited absent-mindedly: "It was a lonely Sunday afternoon, and all throughout the street, quiet little children marched with a steady beat: Ra-ta-ta, la-de-da-da-da.... All throughout the day."*
Ah, don't forget to clean the grease off your hands, children. Some loose desert sand should do the trick.
Cheerio, my pretties~!

Hey, everybody. You're listening to Channel 99 and there are no clouds. Like, anywhere. I'm serious, people. The sky is clearer than a single drop of water falling onto fresh-cleaned glass, and it's kind of annoying. Clouds give life, you know? Personality. Hahaha..
Well, all you beautiful people, shining through the dusty holes in your jeans, keep your eyes open and feet moving; my system tells me there is some weird stuff going on but no "what"s are available yet.
Hmm... The weather should cooperate today. Hahaha! Look, this reporter is ever-diligent--even when nothing's going on! Hahahahaha!
Well, then~. Traffic is pretty light, right now; the only people moving are a few patrol cars in the north-west side and that truck--and the silly people trying to intercept it. Be careful, little ones.
Mommy's here if you skin your knee. Heeheehee~~!

We interrupt your regularly scheduled music for an important announce--why did I say "we"? Hahaha..I'm the only one here!
Oh well!
I just received a signal from the Lucky Strikes bowling alley in Zone 6: it appears someone there is in trouble. If you know where it is and are near enough to help, drop on by.
...And then give me directions, heehee~! I haven't been bowling since....
Oh, while I'm on the air: I have a message for a Volume Virus, from Bullet Ringer. He wishes you the best of luck, m'lady. We love you bunches, hahaha!
Back to the music!

Welcome back to Channel 99 with today's news.
It certainly has been an interesting day, hahaha....
Hm.
I've got this vulture in the station with me. Just appeared out of nowhere, I tell you; does anyone know why? It's been pecking me and stealing my snacks. Hahaha...Seriously, stop it little birdie.
Oh, yeah. That bowling alley? Lucky Strikes? I heard it was saved, though I wouldn't stay there very long. Better to run somewhere else.
I think Poison Shot has a place or two? I wonder if there's a shower there; Nack probably needed one when they got picked up. And someone could maybe take that opportunity to figure out their gender...hahahaha~...
But I digress.
The Lucky Strike's lucky save didn't come easily, or cheap. One of our number paid with their life. Aspien, the name is.
This song's for you, love. And remember, kids: stay gold.

Good morning, sunshine~! Could someone please do something about this bird? It's acting like a lost puppy. Honestly, I'm no good with animals..heheh...
Where's your mommy, little dear? *Ruffling feathers can be heard.* ...I don't speak vulture, love.
...Oh, yes! My fancy machine is telling me there's clouds coming in from the west in great numbers, but there shouldn't be any rain. So you get a lovely, cloudy afternoon.
Duck and weave, my friends. Running in a straight line makes it too easy for them to get you, hahahaha~!
(Singing sweetly) This one goes out to the one I love...
Hahaha~. I do so love the music...

Pardon the interruption...this is the second time I've interrupted my schedule...
Ah, for those that missed Skeet's message, there has been...another death confirmed. ...First miss Aspien at Lucky Strikes...and now a certain Bunny Killightly.
I didn't know either personally, but to those that did, my condolences. The Zones are a harsh place, y'know? Hahahah...
But we keep pushing forward. They died to keep the rest alive. Here's to the future. Put the time they gave you to good use, my dears.

Good evening, my brothers and sisters in arms. By now, I'm sure you're all aware of the recent deaths. If you aren't, the names of the bravely fallen are Bunny Killightly and Aspien Johanson.
Undoubtedly, many of you are facing mountains of grief, perhaps even guilt, for the tragedies mentioned. And in the shadows of your hearts, the pain of your losses is growing by the moment, and you sorrowful children are on the verge of doing something drastic in the hopes that it will ease your pain. Whatever you do, be careful. Vengeance plots have a horrible habit of going very wrong, and disappearing into the night often brings deeper loneliness.
Or perhaps you're huddled on the floor thinking, "Why on Earth didn't I--?" or "I wish I could have at least said--". Fret not about those unspoken words. They know. They know what it is you never said, deep in their heart where all words are lost to the ages.
Did you mean to say "I love you"? Perhaps it was "I'm sorry". Whatever the message, it was delivered, in that great ethereal field of the soul.
And if you don't believe that, then believe this: They chose to fight, though they knew the odds against them. They fought for you--you and everyone else that never said what you thought you should.
Don't forget that.
And don't forget what you're fighting for. Don't forget why you're alive today, out here in the Zones where each day is a struggle to survive, instead of safe and warm in apathetic Battery City.
*A click is heard*. Listen to this, my loves. It's from "Dead Poet Society," a favorite movie of mine. Listen, and keep it in your hearts.
*A man's voice is heard as the voice clip plays* "...poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for. To quote from Whitman, "O me! O life!... of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless... of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life?" Answer. That you are here - that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. That the powerful play *goes on* and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?"
*The clip stops. Stellar's voice comes back on.*
"What will your verse be?" More specifically, I'm asking you what your next verse will be. Will you run, or fight, or step aside until mourning time passes before picking up the sword again?
Whatever you decide, I wish you only the best. Go, be brave, make this world beautiful like it was before it burned.
And stay true, my lovelies.
Also, stay away from the mall in Zone 3; something's going down out there that you should not be a part of.
And watch out for a girl named Hunter, working with the Blind. Apparently, she's an expert Killjoy seeker. Be careful.
This is Stellar Synesthesia. Now please, enjoy the music as you write the epic poem of your life.
