*Bunny's waiting in the driver's seat, and I jump into the car next to her* Let's go - head straight out, though. There's probably someone waiting in the car out front and I don't want to give them a target.

*gets to the ground floor, is about to step outside* I hope Demoni got them. *kicks the door open*

*As Bunny speeds off down a small paved road, I turn around in my seat and look back. I can't see the parking lot, but I assume Des made it down without issue. I wasn't trying that hard to hit him. He might work for Better Living at the moment, but there's always hope that he'll come back eventually, and I don't know anything about his situation.*

*looks around, sees Demoni sleeping, and a dust cloud in the distance* Damn it! *shoots a few bolts out towards the cloud* I told you to get more sleep. *runs to the car, starts it* What is with these Killjoys? I don't look anything like that traitor.

*Bunny drives as fast as the car will go, and we quickly approach the hills. We're in a bit of a difficulty, because if Des tries to follow us we need to lose him, but we have to stay on track. I hope Panda's not having difficulties*

I swear, next person to call me that, gets shot. *speeds off in the direction of the dust cloud*

Shit... *I see the car back in the distance, but then smile despite myself* At least he didn't go back for the signal blocker. Okay, Bunny, time for a race. I bet - *I check my pockets* 23 carbons and some change that we can make it to the hills and set up the next device before Des catches up to us.

Hmm, good time for nitrous? I think so. *hits a button on the dashboard, car goes faster* Good thing I asked for that.

*I notice the car getting larger in the mirror* Scratch that, I'm only betting 10 carbons. *We get into the foothills and start racing up, heading for the highest point. I have the next signal blocker ready on my lap, with my hand on the handle so I can jump out when we stop*

*can clearly see the car* You can't lose me that easy! *car slows down a bit, but can still keep up*

*wakes with a jolt* WHA!? sorry... the system was being upgraded.... *rubs the back of her head* did that cause any problems?

Hmm, I don't know. We're only following two Killjoys that YOU could've easily knocked out with your dart gun.

Hey Bun Bun, I don't think we can ditch him. So here's the plan - you kick up some dust at the top, I'll jump out, and you keep going. With any luck, he'll follow you at least long enough for me to secure the signal blocker and meet you a little way down the hill. Sound good? *She opens her mouth to protest, but I cut her off* Glad you agree! On three, then. One, two, three!
*Bunny slams on the brakes, sending up a cloud of thick dust that spreads out over the top of the hill, then hits the gas almost immediately. I throw open my door and jump out, hitting the ground and rolling. I manage not to curse out loud - I might have forgotten how recently I jumped out of a moving van with Retro, but my scrapes and bruises haven't - slide into a small depression behind a rock and curl up, covering my mouth and nose to keep out the dust. Off to one side, I see Bunny's taillights fading away.*

*notices the ploy* I don't trust that. Get out, search the area. If you find a Killjoy, knock her out, and radio me. Got it? *opens Demoni's door, shows no signs of slowing down*
