*I'm pushed into an empty room and hear the door lock behind me. I face the wall and lean my head against the cool plaster. I fought Morand, which was stupid. I remembered things I wasn't supposed to, which was dangerous. I knock my forehead against the wall, wincing at the pain in my nose. I need a plan...*

*I stay on the periphery during the fight, watching the spectators as much as the participants; the two draculoids can handle themselves, and I see no reason to intervene. Main's reaction is interesting, as is Red's. After Max and Morand are removed the hall calms down considerably, and servers begin making their rounds, distributing more of the complimentary pills. I check in with the guards who escorted Max and Morand out, and though I'm told Max is secured in a nearby room, no one seems to know where Morand is.*
Find him, *I tell the guards.* Check the side rooms, bathrooms, and surrounding wings. He may be attempting to avoid apprehension, so don't hesitate to force doors. Report back to his unit leaders when he's found. *The men, nod, then start off down the halls*

*I go up to Orwell after the action subsides. I'm furious at how our unit behaved, but I don't show it. I don't even raise my voice as we make it to the table* I'm going to kill him, that's it. He's misbehaved too many times, Orwell, and, as we just saw, Morand is a capable fighter. We don't need him and with him out of the way none of this drama would have happened.
*Aerith turns to me, asking who I am talking about. I wait until the waiter serving us drinks moves away* Max, Aerith. I think the whole solution here is to kill Max.

*I stumble down the hall, not quite sure where I am. I hear Angie yelling after me, but I ignore her. I just want to find Max and confirm that he remembers. I just want- The corridor spins and I stuble into a corner, sliding down with my back to it until I am sitting on the floor. I idly stare at my crunched hand, red coming through the gauze*

Red. Finally. *I slow to a stop, breathing heavily after running through the halls after Red.* Oh, you look bad. Where were you even trying to go? We need to get you to the hospital wing right now before you bleed out even more. You were already injured before coming to this accursed party...I just hope some doctors had the good sense to stay up there. *I bend and try to help her up, just now seeing the exact scope of her injuries. How one or two blows could do so much, I may never know. * Come on, now. Please get up.

*i manage to catch up to Red and Angie after ditching my shoes, how some girls walk around in high heels all day, I'll never know. I carefully sling Red's other arm around my shoulder* Ryan's getting any doctors he can find, they'll be able to take care of Red the second we get her there

*Somehow we end up on the floor which is sparkling clean by zone standards even though it's a fucking bathroom. Ugh, fuck the zones. I grin and lean up to kiss him again, a voice in the back of my head screaming that I'm going to regret all of this in the morning. I run my hands along his chest but stop when I think I hear something* Shhhuuuuuusssshhh... *I go to press my finger hard against his lips to quiet him even though he's not even talking but almost poke his eye out. I tilt my head back and look across the floor, seeing a few shadows moving beneath the door slit. I giggle and hold onto him tighter.* Oooh, I think we have company...

*My mood is now ruined so I down one glass of wine as Wilson speaks. I glare out at the crowd and scowl as Belle administers drugs so everyone can calm down. I remind myself to do the same. I listen to his proposition as I swallow my pills, then nod my head.* I can see the logic behind your reasoning. You know as well as anyone my dislike for Max. He is an excellent fighter as well but is costing us a lot of time and money. He is showing more emotions than allowed and has grown too attached to Red. I think killing him off would be the best idea considering he would not leave if fired. *I pause thinking it over a bit.* Perhaps we should 'discharge' the girl as well, Red Havoc.

* I sip my wine and look over to Orwell* Is she that much of a bother? She has potential and is after all only a child. The body's hormones during puberty and such start to counteract the medications and holds on the people, the teenage years are the ones that the citizens are most likely to turn Killjoy aren't they? *sips some more* I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying perhaps we should wait a tad. Perhaps give her a new mentor or assignment in a different location, perhaps in beta? Until she settles down.
As for Max. That is quite the bother. I've seen what he can do and his emotions and chemical levels are imbalanced to say the least...
*the music plays* Ohh I love this song. Hopefully when its calmed down here we can dance *looks to Riley and smiles*

*I frown, thinking* Yes dance... you both have good points. I'm more keen on purging Max than Red, but I do have several, ah, backups in case Red didn't work out. They're in cold storage now, but can be activated at any time. She has been acting out lately...
*The crowd reaches a normal level of mumbling again. I scowl as I see Belle across the room. Woman had to go and organize something like this?*

Well what can I say, rebellious youth. We were all there at some point. Its only after we got proper field work and time that we straightened out. Well I'm still a bit in tact but the coffee helps haha

Aerith, I don't have time for Red to be a rebellious youth. She needs to be perfect now, so the board will ok more of my experiments. With all the drugs, she shouldn't do that anyway... I can't figure it out... *I'm lost in thought when I dancing couple brushes by our table, reminding me that I have a date* Uh...care to dance?

I can handle it, Miss Mahoney. You can go back to your brother now. *Again, snappish, but I am not having a good night. Twenty minutes before I can take more pills, or I run the risk of overdosing. I can't have that. So I'm going to be shouting at people for a few more minutes.* I will get her to the medical wing. It is an easy task. Do you think I am stupid?

*I'm pulled to my feet and sway a bit before quickly fixing my dress which has become unzipped and twisted. Right as I get a glimpse of myself in the mirror and start to giggle we have several draculoids in the room. A pair of them are forcing my hands behind my back and pulling my arm uncomfortably so I kick out drunkenly and barely connect with his shin. They quickly force me out of the room and I glance around for Morand but he's gone as well. It doesn't take long before I'm shoved into a new room, stumbling before just tripping altogether and laying there. I don't move but just stay in the same position as I try to figure out how I got here but then I begin to get dizzy and just fall asleep.*
