*As soon as I'm close enough I slam the handbrake on and drift round the corner coming within inches of another car drving the opposite way. I think I nearly gave the poor guy a heart attack, at least that'll gain some attention though.*
*Checking my mirror I notice I'm still not being followed, so I pull up at the next red light instead of jumping it and putting this whole mission at risk.*
*Everyone is staring at me and this car, the has been Crow car, with the american widow sprayed over the top of the Bli logo. Heck some people are taking one look at me and running away! What do they tell them about us?
*The lights turn green but before I drive of again I turn my head, smile and wave at a couple of bystanders.* Stay shiny! * Because I'm a Killjoy and technically this is a car chase, I force the car to wheel spin before shooting of down the street*

Just radio us when you hear something from the others! *I speed off with Tes and we take different streets at an intersection*
*as i turn onto the street, I notice an old apartment complex up ahead and can't help but smile slightly at what was my home for a year* I wonder if my stuff is still there? *I say aloud, but then push the thought away as I speed past, leaving the building behind*

*My radio crackles to life and I hear Neon's voice, weak and in panic mode.* Shit! *obviously things didn't go as planned, but when do they? I grab the radio and change it to Cyns channel. The guys would have a heart attack if they found out Blackie had been injured. I don't know exactly what's happened but it isn't good.*
*Rb* Cyn, Bullet here. Shits going down at the Tower it's now our rescue mission, rescuing Neon, Blackie and Glass. I havn't told the guys, let them keep driving about, I'm not risking them getting hurt. Meet me behind the Tower were we dropped them off.
*I toss the radio aside and pull of a 180 turn in the middle of the street and start speeding back towards the Tower.*

*My leg hurts, obviously. But what hurts worse is my heart, as cliche as it might sound. Tears burn my eyes. We left them. Killjoys were supposed to stick together. I hadn't wanted to leave, but I'd sort of been shoved/dragged out. And now the guilt was weighing down too heavily on me. I had failed Neon, Blackie, AND Bullet, all in one day. I'd failed Midnight too. They had her filed into their little medicated dream world. I felt like it was all my fault. I could have done something, but I ran. Keep running, they say. Killjoys never die, they say. Well, a part of me just died, I'm pretty sure. I hold my head in my hands, screaming angrily.* Can I ever fucking do anything right?! EVER?!
*I can only imagine what is going on back there. I almost forget Neon's presence. What about Ace and Tes? Losing Blackie is a thousand times worse for them. We won't lose her. We CAN'T. *

*We get back into the Zones, I check the wing mirror and see the others behind us. I pull over in the sand and begin to cry, like instinct I reach over and grab Glass in a hug.* I'm so sorry, I shouldn't of brought you guys into this, Bullet told me to run and I started to panic, I thought they'd be okay, I thought we would get my sister and leave without any problems, I shouldn't have been so stupid, I- *I choke up on my words I felt so useless.*

*my stomach drops when I see the scene and look back at the city where Blackie and Bullet still were. We need to get them back. Bullet has been with us for so long now and Blackie... We may not be related but she was still my sister, in every way that mattered*

No one let anyone down, we knew it was going to be dangerous and risky from the beginning, and Tes? Tes? *i see him stalk off and I let him go let out whatever emotions he had inside*
*i storm off towards a dead tree nearby and take out a knife as I get closer. When I reach it I start hacking at the trunk of the tree to vent my fury*

*I let go of Glass and rub my eyes with the sleeve of my now ruined shirt, for a moment I'd forgotten about my injuries but the pain came back.* We need to get ourselves cleaned up, and I'm not much of a doctor plus we have no medical supplys. *I let my head fall onto the steering wheel.* Everythings screwed... *I climb out of the car and using the roof for support I make my way round to the boot and open it up. Inside were a couple of T-shirts and some other bits and bobs. After quickly changing into one of the boring white shirts I use my old one as a bandage around my leg, I return to the car with the other shirt and hand it to Glass.* Here, put this on and we'll find someone who can clean our wounds up before they get infected.

*I put the shirt on and rip my old one in half. Too bad, I liked that shirt. I wrap my wounds as best I can, trying to recall what Jump had done a month or so ago. I look over to Neon, wincing a little. A sibling means so much in the zones.* If you need a little time to process, or if you need to talk about anything....whatever you want, okay? *I bite my lip, not able to shake the feeling that I'm responsible for the failed rescue. After all, I could have done something more. I feel so useless.*

Tes, calm down! We may not be blood related, but youre my brother in every way that matters, and Blackie is our sister. she would not want us to be sitting around taking our anger out on a tree. We will get them back. *i look over his shoulder and see some movement near the gate* oh shit, we need to go! *we take off running back to Neon and Glass*
