Yeah, I'm sure we will. *I smile, actually feeling optamistic about getting her back, especially with all the new 'Joys around. I hear Bullet shout something about supplys and I'm guessing he's asking how much is left here.* Enough for about two more days, one sec' *I get up, walk behind the counter and open up a specific draw that's full of Zone 2 maps, delivery locations and the times that the trucks pass. Me and Midnight had a lot of spare time...* Hopefully if nothing has changed, there should be a truck passing by tomorrow about... 10 minutes north east of here heading towards Battery City. And my shop could do with a re-fill.

*I look at the hand for a moment before taking it and letting him pull me to my feet.* Thank you. And sure, I could use one after a day like today.

ohh, never nabbed a truck before. who you think's gonna be driving the truck? dracs or sockheads?

In the desert? Probably Dracs. Sockheads are almost always in the city....dont ask how i know....

More than likely it would be dracs. Dracs are like the errand boys of BLI while the sockheads are more bodyguards.

ohh i see. thank god for that. sockheads are some nasty bastards. came across one once, the fucker had a knife, gave me a scar from my bottom rib to my belly button.*i'm mumbling to myself now* ruined my favorite pair of work overalls. *i speak back up* how do you do it? get the truck, i mean. do we sneak up on them or something? or just go "boo motherfucker" and go all rambo on their asses?

*I start for the front door with Blackie next to me and can't help but overhear the other guys conversation.* There's loads of different ways to do it. All you need to do is stop the van, and get one Drac to get out of it and Boom you've more or less stole a supply truck. *I chuckle as I get to the front door and using my crutch get it open. I squint a little when I step into the sunlight but my eyes quickly adjust and I begin the hunt for my ciggs.* Here *I offer one out to Blackie and pass the lighter after sparking up mine.*

[Blackout]

*I accept the lighter and cigarette and quickly light it, coughing slightly from the smoke and having not smoked for a long time.*
*I watch Blackie and sigh when I see her smoking. What was happening to her?*
*I sit down beside Tes after also looking at Blackie.* I know neither of us enjoy the fact that she's smoking, but in a way it can be taken as a good sign. If you remember, most cigarettes are considered contraband to drac units because they already have pills that gave him the affects they want, so they have no use or need for them.

*We're stood in silence for a while and I find myself watching the smoke dance with the wind until a big gust comes and throws some sand into the air and I have to shield my eyes.* I'm still suprised you havn't tried to kill me yet.

*I shrug and take another drag of the cigarette.* As of right now, I don't have a reason to kill you, even though I probably could've. And they way i see it, youre probably the only one who could help me understand my memories. The others, except Connor, I could care less about.

Oh, I think you do. You just don't remember yet. *I smile and flick the cigarette butt away.* Come, lets head inside, I think we're in for some rain over night. Only you can understand your memories, I can only remind you off them. *This time being unable to open the door from the outside I wait for Blackie to do so, I give her a quick nod and a "Thank you" when she does.* You know, memories and dreams are quite similar when it comes to trying to remember them... The only hard part is figuring out which ones really happend... *I smile at the slight look of confusion on her face. Cute.*

You're saying that some of my memories never happened? *i take a moment to let that sink in.* well, if I can remember you, and since you're obviously not just a figment of my imagination, those have to be real right?
