*I sit quietly in the front with Gear as the others sing along with the radio and talk amongst themselves. I look out the window and see a spray painted sign stating that we are nearing Zone 1. I just stare out the window as I speak to Gear* We go past the first intersection as soon as we hit Zone One. Then if I remember correctly turn right at the second. *There's no need in explaining all the directions at one time, seeing as I'll repeat them anyway*

Easy enough. And no, Twisted, can't say I have. *I follow Renegade's directions, and by the time we've gone a few miles after turning at the second intersection the city walls are visible on the horizon. We haven't passed anyone on the road yet, though the closer we get to the city the more likely we'll be to run into a patrol.*

*im sitting there and turn to arson, who looks deep in thought* hey, it'll be ok, i have a great group here, plus im an exelent fighter, better then my mechanics anyway, we can do this *smiles* Yeah, sure. *I smile, though I don't mean it* I just... really don't like the city, that's all. Or at least, the city's okay, I just don't like the Tower, which is where we're going. But then again, /no/ killjoy likes the Tower. *I sigh* Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. |

*I can see the city come into view. Then I see three bushes to the right up ahead next to a sign thats been blacked out* Slow down, If I'm right there should be a man hole just past those bushes and sign. From there it should be easy to get into the city, with the map and all.

*We're nearly there, and I get a little excited. This is going to be sort of like those old spy movies, sneaking around, covert ops and the like. Jump looks fairly awake now, and PB is sitting at attention, looking ready to pounce out of the car.* How far are we we from the Tower, when we reach this manhole? * I ask. I've decided against being mad at Renegade, I did put the idea into his head. No big deal.*

*I shake my head at Twisted, now fully awake* Sorry, Twisted, never heard of her. Then again, PB and I just arrived from BLI New York, so unless they traveled we wouldn't know them.
*I think about the killjoy we knew in New York and wonder how they are doing. We near the drop point and I can feel the excitement level in the car go up. Hopefully there will not be too many surprises on this trip*

*I slow down as we approach the bushes, and catch a glimpse of dull metal partly covered by dry earth. A few yards away is a slight depression, and I park the van there. It's not much of anything in the way of cover, but it's still better than just stopping at the side of the road.* Okay, everyone. Time to go.
*I take my bandana out of my back pocket and tie it over my mouth and nose, then sling my satchel over my shoulder and get out. Jogging to the bushes, I crouch down as the others follow, and make room for Renegade by the manhole cover*

*I try to get out of the van in the most coordinated way possible. No such luck, I fall flat on my face. No worries though, sand is soft...ish. I wipe most of the sand from my face and let the others out. I barely care about falling, I'm too busy thinking ahead. This is possibly the best planned mission I've been on, because I've never had resources like this before.*
Here we go...*I mumble. Everyone is more than a little anxious, it's easy to tell. I pull out my mask and bandana, only because I figure it won't smell too nice down there. Then again, BLI is pretty freaky about clean and sterilized. Who knows?*

*I hop out, ignoring my aching, healing body, and help Jump put on his backpack full of med supplies before adjusting the belt and holster I got from Glass. The clothes and shoes are from her too, since Jump and I lost pretty much everything when we are captured by BLI. We look pretty good, I think. I see Gear put on his mask and bandanna. Oh crap* Uh, anyone got some extra masks or something?
