We feel that it would be a bad idea to even have 2 people in one room. They'll group, and plan something out to get out of their confinement. I believe it be better to have small rooms, like the padded rooms. one per person. It'd be a hassel to keep track but it'll be better than having 2 in the same room and cause a commotion when they do escape.

I'd like to give you another chance to prove yourself - would you like to be in charge of the renovations? I'd still be your superior, of course, but I'd give you complete creative freedom, within reason. I think you've earned it!

Excellent! Well then, you can go back to what you were working on before, and I'll make the necessary calls. You should be cleared to start work on the project by tomorrow morning at the latest. I'll assign you a construction crew and an architect, and you can work with him to plan the layout of the complex. I'm looking forward to seeing what you get done! Have a better day, Trite!

*it's been days since he's talked to Belle. Everything has been going smoothly. No problems yet, because there's always at least one problem to happen during something big like this. They've been making the rooms, well fixing some and making new ones. He smiled, humming, walking around looking at their progress* good good, now all we need is people to just occupy the vacant rooms *chuckles and continues to walk around*

*sitting in Belles office, finally decided to go to her office, recieve whatever punishment he deserves, either way he is smiling, not caring in the world. In all honesty, it wasn't a bad revenge but he won't tell that to Belle, He already has what he wants to tell her planned out in his head.*

*makes himself comfortable in his seat* he was eying my girlfriend...you know that stuff don't sit well with me. Mah girl is MAH girl! *laughs, realizes Belle is not laughing with him, he clears his throat* Mr. Ame was on drugs, he was delusional, something about a long lost brother and how he blammed himself for it, *sighs* I was trying to help him, his eyes were already like that, I had to strap him down, i was trying to find the light thing that you flash in people eyes to see if he could follow it but I grabbed the scalpel instead, and that's when you came in. I thought you'd take better care of him then I would. After all I'm just a 20 year old.

The reference to his age sounds like he's playing on his inexperience.* You had to sit on him, too? After he was tied down? And how exactly did he manage to cut his own retinas with a laser scalpel like the one you happened to be holding?

*sigh, he walks over to Belle's window* wow you got a nice view.....*looks over at Belle*Nothing gets passed you Ms. Sacramento...You see we did it for revenge...maybe out of hand but it felt so good. We weren't going to kill him, just blind him a lil so he learn his lesson for punching me without a real reason in the first place. *heads over to his chair and sits back down* I didn't think about my actions, I do apologize for our rude behavior, I could offer to pay for his surgery if you want, just please don't demote us and put us back in that boring lab...*looks at Belle, sad eyes, telling the truth despite what his 'friends' wanted him to do* It's just not the same....

*I look at him closely, then sigh* Very well, Trite. I believe you. Thank you for telling me the truth, I appreciate it. I saw Mr. Ame hit you, on the security feed. He obviously has a temper issue, and your actions were not unprovoked. I've already had half of the medical costs taken from your paycheck. I won't demote you, Trite, since you seem to understand the severity of your actions. Just please, try to stay out of trouble? I'll have to put you under survelliance, now, and if something like this happens again I'll have no choice but to remove you from your position.

*I'm on my rounds, checking up on the various departments. I stop by the employee assignment desk and see One Shot's report as I flip through the stack. I turn to the secretary* May I use your radio, please?
Oh, yes of course, ma'am! *She scrambles to find the radio under piles of papers, and hands it to me*
Thank you *I smile at her, then walk to the other side of the lobby to radio One Shot*
