Yeah.
I can sum her up in a few sentences, though, so you understand her better:

STELLAR SYNESTHESIA:
Cheerful, if morbidly so, and a great talker. Specializes in radio communication, speed, stealth, and shooting. She also is obsessed with avation.
She knows her way around the Zones, the method not to be disclosed, and doesn't like to go out/show her face. As a result, few people know what she looks like and no one knows where to find her; if you've met her, it's because she let you see her.

What people do know about her is what she tells in her radio broadcasts, which is useless information about liking the time of day, for example.
