Basically, it shuts off any electrical that I point it at. Vol's seen it in action before.

Noted. *takes off BLI jacket, puts bearskin back on* Much better. *takes guns out of BLI jacket, puts them in the bearskin's pockets, then takes charm out, and puts BLI jacket in bag* Good thing you survived. *puts new charm on the leather, and puts it around neck, turns around to start walking, but doesn't go yet* Caroline, if you can hear me, I'm sorry for frying your arms, and anything else I did to you. *starts walking*
