They were told that the resistance is growing to be bothersome and Scarecrow had to regain control in any populated area. A few days ago the partners, who control BLI internationally were in Battery City to approve and reject suggestions to slove the problem. Out of 94 suggestions only 1 was approved....

There will be 2 phases to this plan. Phase one *I pull out the flycam, used in the bli demonstration* THESE are fly cams. They will be sent out to the zones into populated areas to try find regular Killjoy "blackspots". There will be a lotto for any loyal BLI supporters from the zones to be taken into the city.

Phase 2 is the tricky, dangerous bit. This is where we all need to be. *I take the 2.1 bug out of my other pocket* This is the Beattle Bomb! Its not really a bomb.... There are 2 types. Both contain high, concentrated Bromomethane. Which in high doses is lethal. The Blue bug is for above ground, The Black one, this one, buries down up to 200 meters below ground and releases the gas by remote control order. These remotes will be kept in the tower in the city so our only chance is to get the crates befor they're opened and have them destroyed...

Now! I have a schedual of when they will be moving and to where although it could have changed since I got out of the city. But its the only one we've got. We need to split into teams. I have a signal that can render the flycams blind. But I'll need a team to help me cover every zone, one by one. Another team needs to keep an eye out here in z6. This is where they'll be starting with the bugs. And the final team will have to be VERY strategic and get into the tower and destory those controllers. NONE of this is gonna be easy and I'll understand if anyone doesnt want any part in this but I'm not giving up!
